I dislike Subaru's oil filler tube. They are messy and don't hold a funnel well.  This is a good solution. Fits most subaru's from 2002 to 2011.  It threads in and seals with an o-ring, and is designed to hold a full 5L Rotella T6 container upside down. Boom. Flows fast. Not in stock. $30?ish  :P

If you know about lean and 5S, then you know tools that are 3 seconds away and ALWAYS THERE make a difference.  These won't be cheap because they take time, but they will reduce your overall production costs.  Remember that  5 minutes a day is 20 hrs a year.  Guess how many times I visit this board in a day?  Hundreds.  This is a $400 shadowboard with a 4 month ROI.   That's like a 300% APR investment!  It's hard to measure what you can't see, but it's there.

I made this for my shop for cleaning troublesome connections.  Baltic Birch.  Magnetic.  Includes a blanking plate (so no need for a blast gate).  It works awesome.  $40 complete, but unfinished.
